About Postie Taupo
Responsible ethical sourcing is an ongoing process and our suppliers are regularly re-audited by a specialist independent third party to make sure we are continually meeting our standards and developing positive relationships for ongoing improvement.
Working together with our suppliers is vital in ensuring we’re partnering for success, for the long run. Our team makes regular visits to our suppliers, working with them to complete on-ground training and education through a series of workshops.
Within the last 24 months we have conducted 217 factory audits which gives us the most up-to-date position of our direct supplier base across all regions.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use of child, forced and prison labour in the manufacturing of our garments. We strive for full transparency and do not allow outsourcing or subcontracting unless sub-contractors are audited and approved also.
Most of our products are produced in China, followed by Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Cambodia. We ban the use of cotton from Uzbekistan and working with factories in the province of Xinjiang as they don't comply with our code in human rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, management staff on Sunday was plan rude. I would re-train her management skills as they are for the hood of a teenager and not for adults. Her language was slack as us 'oldies' are expected to know what goes on in their store. Put up a sign that says, "Sorry, no dressing room facilities open at this time, however, we do have a return policy after sale. Thank you for your understanding at this time".
Not, "Na Mate, Ya cant!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Manager has poor customer service. Wouldn’t honour the price on the clothes tag (a postie plus staff error) and made me feel like I was ripping the store off in front of everyone. Would rather pay courier fees and buy online then support this store.

We had to do an emergency run as we forgot our sons bag at home (we were on holiday for the long weekend) and Posti will always be a go to. Babies clothing is so much more affordable these days. The young cashier girl was polite and well spoken a great environment. Will definitely be coming back.
