★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was really good we went there after Chiefs rugby game for every 4 tries you get free fries disappointed in the car park it was a bit dark there was not enough lighting in the car park toilets are kept clean well kept interior and exterior facilities seating area to sit and eat staff are very helpful and welcoming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered twice from this KFC now with delivery and it has taken over an hour and a half to deliver, not overly hot food either plus incorrect order. I ordered a veggie burger combo and instead of giving me a veggie burger I got large chips instead (yippee, not). Really not hard to get it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is average for a KFC if you turn up after 9 they don't want to cook large batches of chicken delivery service is useless they will deliver multiple orders and drive around with yours for up to 45 minutes if your the last one on the list so it arrives cold and the tightest drive through of all the fast food spots in Hamilton which has racked up a number of victims in its time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value but too often I find the waiting time to be served is extending by the cashier filling orders for both in house customers as well as drive through. Why ? Just focus on your area and let someone else deal with drive through

You'd think with all the bad reviews, something would change.
Think this branch needs new management, and a fresh batch of staff, I get COVID-19 has been crazy busy, but that should have pushed you's to be better at making and cooking your meals....
- Poor Service - Poor Call Centre - Poor Food + Beverage (Health and Safety) - Poor Management and Staff.
Something needs to happen!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fresh last night. Good service but the restaurant was untidy. Food was left on a few tables and uncleared for a while. Tables weren't wiped. But the food was nice and fresh so that was algood. We just asked for our table to be wiped and they were came out to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in around 8.30 in the evening and ordered a burger with no lettuce and fries. It was served very rapidly , but when we got home the burger had lettuce in it. It had to be deconstructed to take out the lettuce. It did taste OK, not great but OK. We decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves after the previous week. We ordered 2 burgers, one without lettuce and one with lettuce. Once we got home, both burgers had no lettuce. (My husband cannot eat lettuce due to a medical issue).
We will not be trying again. Obviously staff cannot communicate effectively and don't particularly care about their customers.

Waited in line for 30mins. On a Friday 12th nov at 10pm . Really disappointed I hope the workers on this night understand people pay good money and time to eat at kfc.
Please fix this!! I love kfc , maybe just an off night . I would actually return it but I’d have to wait in line again .
