★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing change of ownership. Awful owners who are rude and unpleasant. Hiked rent up x3 after old owners sold by taping letters to residents doors. A beautiful building loved by many distorted by outside Wellingtonians. Please do not support this.
