★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who did my eyebrows was incredibly rude. As a new mum who hasnt had my eyebrows done since my 8 month old daughter was born I decided to treat myself as today I had time for once and tomorrow I would be going to work for the first time in a while. The waxing lady was very critical in my appearance making snarky comments like "omg who did your eyebrows". For a beauty establishment I feel like you should be leaving your women feeling uplifted and empowered. Comments like that hurt, especially in mothers with postpartum depression. I would suggest to be kinder, less critical and just do your job that you are being asked to do.

The friendly staff make the visit enjoyable and relaxing.
So nice to be pampered and always come away feeling great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really looking forward to using a voucher which was gifted to me at xmas. I had mixed up the time of my appointment and was late, luckily I was still able to get my nails done. I wanted their blackest black gel polish and a bit of sparkle. What I got was two tone black with a bit of sparkle and sadly this by far was the worst nail experience i have ever had, 8 out of 10 nails had polish all on my cuticles which were not removed properly and was not asked about nail shape or anything. Though the lady was great at talking, she should not have been putting down her regulars that come in, which she did. Glad i didn't waste the voucher however wish i didn't bother going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to get your nails and eye brows and waxing done in all of Tāmaki Makaurau! Deslee (sorry I am not sure of the spelling!!) is always so nice and helpful with her additional advice for after care and things!! (The photo is from almost a week later and it still looks amaze!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a appointment but turned up and it was new owners. Didn't do my eyebrows as I only trusted Delsies lady and she would do my eyebrows on point. However he was able to get me to go in just b4 closing time. I will up my stars once I experience their service. This is just to let you know NEW OWNERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book a pedicure at 5.30pm, then rushed to be there on time to find them coming and took your vax pass then disappeared for about 30mins, with some of their staffs looking at you and not bothered to assist.....then end up saying we are closing at 6pm after wasting another 30mins of my time waiting, honestly I won't consider this new owner's service ever again... bloody useless! Don't do business if you don't know how to serve people....
