★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was tired and not very hospitable. Told her mum was in a wheelchair and had to bring her in then when we finally got there, she was rude, and kept cutting me off when I spoke to her. She didn't listen to what mum wanted and was rushing her. Mums speech has become slurred over the years and mobility not good at all but couldnt sit in their chair so sat in her wheelchair instead. She was rude and impatient. Yet she was nice and hospitable to others whom were not our colour. Funny that. Not being racist,but it absolutely felt that way. Even others commented on how rude this one woman band was. Needs customer skills and common courtesy and compassion. NEVER going there again. Told her that too loudly and proudly. Can do without tired,rude and inconsiderate people like. Didn't deserve our custom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hairdresser. I have finally found a place where I can go to permanently!! Not close to home or the places I roam on my days off the most, but it is so close to work that it's just as convenient. Main thing is that the Vietnam hairdresser is very highly skilled. She has a background back at her home town and had decided to bring her skills into nz. She knows both Asian hair and European hair very well so knows what exactly you want and should have done. They have my full support!

I recently had Keratin done and honestly no regrets. She always takes good care of me and my mum when we go to get our hair done.
Last year I went to VIVO and they had damaged my hair big time, damaged ends, my hair feeling like string and also the colour they did was all over the place.
Angel was able to treat it and bring my hair back to life.
