β β β β β Unbelievably good sandwiches, and stellar cakes. Super cute interior in which to enjoy a fantastic breakfast or lunch! I hear they even do their spectacular cakes to order...

β β β β β Our table got a soup which came relatively quickly and was lovely, BUT Not impressed that I left after over 20 minutes and before my bacon & egg pie was ready, They only had one oven that cooked one item at a time, was just about to come out of oven but I had had enough of waiting, not everyone has long lunches. Suggest you get more ovens as too slow

β β β β β Based on the raving reviews I had heard about this place, I really hoped to enjoy my experiences here, but unfortunately I just haven't. Some of their cakes and slices looked good, however their coffee is extremely watery and the lemon tea tasted more like a cleaning product. Not a lot of cabinet food choices, especially if you're vegetarian, pregnant or have other dietary requirements; and their main menu is not visibly displayed either, leading me to believe they had no other food options. Not a big fan of the tarnished tea spoons either.

β β β β β Really wanted to love this place. It's definitely cute, but I had a very mediocre experience here. Came in for lunch, ordered a sandwich from the cabinet and the bagels and toppings from their breakfast menu. 10 minutes later, I was told they're out of bagels and to order something else. We had limited time as it was my partner's work break, and there were literally no quick/cabinet vegetarian options for me available except for a cheese scone, so I just went with a pastry. It came out on simply thrown on a plate, barely warmed up, with prepackaged butter on the side. I'm used to cafes doing something to make it a bit fancier. I don't know. Some confectioner's sugar or a little bowl of cream or butter on the side. And frankly, it was a pretty average pastry for $5.50, and I had to go home and eat something substantial. No water offered (couldn't self service during Level 2 according to a sign). No napkins on the table. I don't think I'll be back.

β β β β β Yummmmmmm! I love this place. I've not been disappointed yet. The service and friendliness are just as good as the food, it's comfortable and there is room to move around. It feels like being at a friend's house rather than in a cafe. A friend that is a really good baker!
