★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our beautiful local cinema shows new and old movies. The most recent movie we saw was Vertigo which was fantastic.That Technicolor on the big screen is phenomenal. The Capitol staff are friendly and we love the glamorous decor. Looking forward to the Italian film festival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a charming little cinema, service was great too, comfy seats and plenty of leg room in the theatre. Convenient and free car park behind the cinema and there are lots of asian eateries on Dominion Road to enjoy a bite to eat before the movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great movie. Rather disappointed as no coffee. Had been looking forward to coffee, cake and a sit down all day. Couldn't find coffee anywhere in Balmoral! Understand that functions part of the business,but would appreciate notice so could choose if would go another time or to another theatre.
