★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a sugar free mocha tea and was satisfied with their service. The tea still tasted kinda sweet (and I saw the staff putting some white powder which I guess was sugar in it) but comparing with the Wucha where I had bad experience, Chatime is much better. Will come again and see what they put into it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here often but our experience this times was really bad. We repeated our order but still they got it wrong, we paid for double grape jelly but got only 1 serve. We asked for less ice and it was full of ice. All 3 drinks were watery. we get the same order every time and this time it was disgusting! we threw them out. It sure doesn’t make us want to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't listen to my order and I ended up waiting 15 mins for a warm drink on a hot summers days. Really annoyed, this was suppose to be a treat. Even went back to ask and was told definitely ice in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This little place is a great surprise! A very friendly and warm server, delicious Roasted Milk tea and Taro tea. The Taro tea is made with real taro and hence a little grainy which I don’t mind at all. The taro balls are also great addition to this afternoon tea time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Grapefruit Black Iced Tea and Lemon Black Iced Tea. Both were good, same as the ones from Australia.
Better to go for half sugar because not a huge difference in taste and you get less sugar intake (If you are health conscious).
Plastic straws provided (better than the paper straws in Melbourne.)
Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I wrote for the Queen Street applies to here also. This time the sweetness was not perfect, it was not 30 percent sugar level. It was more 130 percent sugar level. I don’t know if it was a mistake, but if this is 30 percent sugar level then… Anyone who orders 100 percent sugar level, I can’t imagine what your dentist would be like. Some pearls were hard and some pearls were not. I don’t know how that would have happened. It is not the first time you guys had people complaining about the pearls, so… This time there was actually some Tea flavour. We have consistency issues here. Do you want to satisfy your customers? Do you guys want to improve? Do you guys want to positively represent Cha Time well?
