Pretty obvious little effort was put in as the drivers seat still had sand and crumbs , did they not think to extend the seat back ?
I’ve come before thought I’d give them another chance but I’m sick of literally throwing my money away , deff won’t be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Albany - Clean Car on the Underground Car park. I requested for Interior Cleaning and Mat Shampoo at 12:30 pm today.. The Indian person mentioned to me that the car will be available to be picked up at 4.30 pm as suggested to me to come around at that time because they finish at 5pm. This had given the Clean Car Albany wash - 4 and half hours of time to perform the Interior Car wash. On arriving at 4.30 pm, I was told that they have not started the Interior Vaccum yet and requested that I wait 20 mins and it will be ready.
Thus I had then decided that I do not want to wait as they will rush through the Interior clean vaccum in 20 mins, normally this will take at-least 1 hour.
This goes to show lack of professionalism and integrity that the staff values for the customers. They should had simply said that they cant complete the job today due to high volume but in this case they promised and didn't deliver.
I would not recommend the Albany - Clean company, they are simply very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used this service before and wasn't really happy with the service but thought I would like to give it another try.
I was able to get a car wash with no appointment book which I thought was great. After 3 hours I came and collected my car. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting (I got 2nd most expensive car deals the place offered with lot of extras on top of it) . I ran to trouble as I was about to leave, the staff was helpful but I disagree by what they told me (yes I got my car check out and it was explained what could had caused it. Nothing wrong with the car but what had happened while car was being cleaned!).
Overall experience I don't think I would ever go back to this place. One in Henderson mall (same company) or the car wash by northwest mall do better job than the one I had done today for similar or cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a $120 for a full clean.Did a quick inspection and interior was fine but the tray was still dirty. Explained when dropped off to the guy that the tray needed a water blast. Checked the tray and it was still dirty. Asked the guy if the tray had been water blasted and he confirmed that it had. Got car home and cleaned out the tray from the back and hosed all of the leaves and twigs from the back of the tray. Pretty poor service overall.

I had an appointment at 1pm with these guys. When I got there I was told it would take 1 hour. I came back after a hour and half and they had not even started .... did I say I had an appointment?
I had to wait for another hour. And the wash was extremely rushed as it was getting close to 4pm. And I had to be somewhere at 4pm... boy was I surprised when I had a chance to look at what was done.
The dirt were mixed with wipe marks all over in the interior, especially the door trims and places you have to look to look. The dash board looked fine at first, but after couple of hours, it looked like it rained inside ...
If not for the fact I have moved to this area and was looking for a valet close, I would not have used these guys. To all those looking to try their services, please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me, you are not special, you will not get decent service here.
