★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the BEST accommodation I have stayed in, very cute and perfect for my stay in Napier while having dental treatments. At the end of every day it was so cosy and like coming home. Could live here permanently!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!! Jan is a gracious, warm and welcoming host. We simply adored her beautifully appointed restored coachhouse. My daughter really loved the loft bedroom.A very special pleasure was Jan's wonderful garden. Generous breakfast provisions and all round relaxed comfort added to a delightful stay. I can't wait to return with my wife!

Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Jan, love the married couple who recently stayed there.
