β β β β β Had an appointment with Paris today. Great friendly, efficient customer service. Each step of the procedure was explained as we progressed and the effects I could expect. Paris checked I was OK during and after each step. Any questions I had were answered and Paris checked back to ensure I had understood her explanation. Fantastic work Paris.

I was super nervous but Paris did such an amazing job at making me feel comfortable & at explaining the whole process so I understood and put my mind at ease. Not only did I see a noticeable difference and feel great afterwards, but in her care I left knowing much more about my skin. I feel confident to bring some new found knowledge into my skin routine. β β β β β I had never had any type of laser hair removal before so I was nervous about getting it done. When I got there, the ladies were very welcoming which helped me settle my nerves and when I was in my consultation, they made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and checked often that I understood what was happening before, during and after. The experience was good and they really looked after me. This is definitely the beginning of many more treatments for me with North City Cosmetic Clinic and look forward to my journey with the awesome team.

The team are very thorough and informative, they make you feel relaxed, at ease and in the best hands right from booking made so easy to the follow up calls checking in after procedures. Highly recommend :)

Holly talked me through every process and made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. A company is only ever as good as it's Team and in this case, they were awesome.
