★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put their prices up a while ago... then back down because no one was buying anything. Seems they didn't learn from that, because I went in today and their prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Not sure if they've got a new manger or something, but they're asking for some pretty unrealistic money for stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the other day, shop staff were very helpful, however the manager is rude and I'm still waiting for her to call me in regard to a purchase that was faulty, it's been a week since I last rang the shop. For the price I paid for this purchase I think I deserve some sort of return call after all these items are donated and all I wanted was to exchange for another not get my money back. I won't be visiting this shop in the future, I've found it's cheaper to buy brand new as a lot of this second hand stuff is sold at retail prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store, lots of things to look at but what was disappointing today was feeling like I was treated differently from other customers by the lady at the cashier in particular. While I was polite, smiled and made my payment, said thank you, there was no reciprocation at all from her - a seemingly different treatment from the way she served the customer before me, smiling, saying thank you have a nice day etc. Now I don’t want to say straight out that it is because of my race, but I just couldn’t think of any other reason. It was just an uncomfortable encounter that Asians get one too many times.

The Manager is Absolutely Amazing always so Pleasant and Bubbly :)
All the other Volenteers are Absolutely Friendly and Helpful.
