★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outset, dealing with Craig from Cylinder Guys was a stress free experience that carried on through the installation of our water cylinder from gas to electric to fit our solar power system.
Works were carried out professionally and timely, Plumbers advice very much appreciated....value for money. I dont hesitate to recommend Cylinder Guys if you want new equipment and quality workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience dealing with team from the crew in office to the cylinder installers and the electrician. It was a new hot water cylinder for my elderly parents and from contacting the team to completion was within two days! Would highly recommend the guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent work. Fast and hassle free right from my help the hot water cylinder is leaking everywhere phone call late on a Friday afternoon. They knew I was freaking out and could of sold me anything but still tried to make sure I had the best deal possible and the guys who put the cylinder in and the electrician that they called in all wonderful. Couldn't be better. Thanks Guys. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! Cylinder died a very leaky death late Friday afternoon. Contacted Chris begging for help. Plumber arrived in 20 minutes and disconnected cylinder and took it away. New cylinder arrived shortly afterwards and plumber Dave returned Saturday and installed this. Panicked when it happened on Friday afternoon. Very hard to get such quick service at that time. Price also was great. This company cannot be beaten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Had a conversion from low pressure to mains pressure cylinder.
Didn’t turn up on the day scheduled, had to chase up Jason.
Misquoted the install. Ended up being $700 ex gst more expensive. I wasn’t even called for warning about this - I received two amended invoices throughout the day while they were installing the cylinder. Apparently there is a lowest price guaranteed? But what’s the point if they don’t stick to the quote?
The cylinder leaked twice! Apparently this is common but we were not warned about it prior to install. After the first leak, you think you’d check the possibility of leaks elsewhere. It took a week for the water to start coming up under our kitchen floor boards. Finally fixed. Another $1000 to fix the leaks.
Emailed Jason outlining disappointment and have had no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cylinder guys are great at coming to your house after phoning BUT CHECK their work it took 5 months for our cylinder job to be complete, they didnt do job properly our hot water cylinder was leaking under our house which went into our garage, So WE HAD TO GET THEM BACK to fix & 5 months later STILL WAITING FOR OUR PRINTED invoice to be posted out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cylinder guy team were so great to deal with! I couldn't recommend them enough. Dan was so very helpful, efficient, transparent and very informative about the best cylinder for my household. He definitely knows his stuff and was always happy to answer any of my questions or quick to help any way he could when it came to costing and payment.
The installation team were awesome! The lead tradesmen talked me through the process and when they were done he showed me what was done and what I needed to do to maintain our new cylinder. They were respectful, polite and also cleaned up after their job was done.
Overall friendly and wonderful team to deal with and the prices were cheaper then a lot of the other quotes I was given. If you need work done in this area, I highly recommend Dan and his team!
