★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection of fabrics. The staff are very helpful. The shop offers a take home service where you can loan a large sample of fabric and see if you like it with your decor. The shop is light and modern and well laid out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be nice and helpful to your customers, we're not all seamstresses. I thought I was going in asking for a very simple task. I wanted to find 100% silk and that I wanted something on the cheaper side as it was only for my 10 week old babies, bassinet to prevent her hair rubbing off. The shop attendent proceeded to look baffled and said that they had a large wall of silk and that I would have to make the decision. I wanted to make a decision but needed help narrowing it down. I had my baby with me and called ahead to make sure they had what I was after. Very rude and unhelpful. Easy sell turned out to be very difficult and leftupset over a weird simple product needed. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this store. The quality of the fabrics is really high. You are able to get designer label fabric here as well. Think Diane von Furstenberg, Tom Ford, Liberty of London. They have great leather samples, off cuts etc. on special as well. I do not think I have ever left this store without buying something. Definitely a must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable range of fabrics and leathers. I went with my daughter and got no service despite the fact we were the only customers in store with 3 staff cleaning and tidying. I really had to get someone to help us who then was genuinely trying there best but lacked knowledge on the product. Pretty disappointing really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store - fantastic range of fabrics, especially merino in many colours. I love that they have seconds fabric and designer ends at great prices. The shop has a lovely light atmosphere and the staff are really helpful and friendly. There are great cafe's nearby at the tannery too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for choosing my zips for me. I appreciated the assistance as I am learning to sew. Unfortunately they are not going to work on my jacket as you sold me a closed end zip. I have tried to explain that it was not me who made the mistake however your non exchange policy for something that could be resold as it is still in perfect condition is very frustrating. I am really annoyed that I made the effort of coming in twice to get it sorted as the manger needed to be spoken to in order to sort this issue. Why not just say - there is no point coming back because we don’t exchange zips?
