Justin worked with us in ensuring that the price he had provided was a competitive one and his communication was great. We had ordered our carpets well in advance knowing that there was a wait time on materials and yet even though they arrived earlier than expected the team at The Flooring Room Tauranga were more than willing to hold the materials until we needed them- we had a few added changes towards the end of the process and that was not a problem to them at all- their staff is friendly and have now recommended their services to family and friends. We look forward to working with The Flooring Room Tauranga again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four words excellent, efficient, effortless, affordable. The Flooring Room would have to be one of the best companies I’ve doubt with in the last 7 years and 6 renovations. The Flooring Room were pleasant and professional from the start, communicated clearly from the beginning, continued to keep me informed on supply & installation dates, checking twice the installation dates still worked for me. The installer turned up on the day and on time, was friendly, completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the result. Then a couple of weeks later after the job was completed The Flooring Room team went above and beyond and posted a lovely hand written thank you card and a lotto ticket. What an unexpected & nice surprise! This company deserves to continue to do well in business.
