β β β β β We needed some flowers for our daughters birthday - she is working in Queenstown for the season. I called The Flower Shop from the UK & have to say the service was outstanding. Alisha was amazing & extremely helpful. Our flowers were delivered the same day to our daughters workplace. She loved them. Such an easy & affordable experience. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way! Thank you.

β β β β β My partner had ordered me a bunch of flowers for my birthday (30th!) in June that was suppose to be delivered to my hotel(room). He had provided them with instructions and even arranged with the hotel staff/manager. The payment was done but unfortunately the flowers didn't show up. We called and emailed (multiple times) for a refund. Despite them saying they have processed it, we still haven't (to-date) received our refund (it's been a month)!!!
Edit: we've now had multiple emails back and forth from the Flower shop. (Even asking us to change our review as we've now had a refund).
We had initially emailed them on the 9th of June and had settled for a refund that unfortunately took 20 days to come through after another email to follow-up (was coincidentally refunded on the day and the money came through into our account) - with a reply from them "have refunded today". There was a clear lack of follow-up and we had to chase up the company. Surely there is an easier way of doig this.
None the less - we wish you guys all the best.

β β β β β Due to a sad loss in our family we recently received many beautiful flower bouquets from The Flower Shop.
Each bouquet was exceptional in display and longevity of the flowers was wonderful.
The staff delivering each bouquet were so friendly, professional and extremely respectful of our situation. I cannot recommend The Flower Shop highly enough. ??

β β β β β I ordered flowers from here for my mum when she arrived from Australia and they were just beautiful! Such a thoughtful arrangement and the girls were such a pleasure to deal with. Mum adored the flowers. Couldn't recommend any higher!! β€ Will absolutely be ordering again ?

β β β β β The Flower Shop was a life saver to me! My partner and I decided to elope and there were many small details we over-looked, like ordering flowers. The morning of our elopement it was recommended to me to go to the Flower Shop. I was not disappointed. The service was amazing and they were able to create a hand bouquet for me within an hour! The bouquet was exquisite.
