I had emailed and arranged some cake florals for my wedding cake, we discussed having 4 flowers and I got a reply saying it would be $75. On my wedding day I was disappointed to find out I was given 2 white roses for my cake florals which I paid $75 for! I emailed over a week ago and asked if this was a mistake, never got a reply back. Would not recommend.

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday - from Scotland! She'd spent lockdown in Queenstown and shops were just reopening around her birthday. Unfortunately she got sick and was unable to collect. With almost no notice, it was no problem for Blooms to deliver the beautiful bouquet to her hostel. Thanks so much to both Kirsty, for calmly dealing with my increasingly worried emails, and Jules for arranging the lovely flowers. They (and your help!) were very much appreciated.

I can't begin to describe how happy I am with my experience with Bloom. Right from the first email, Jules was there and ready to help 100% with my unique request (decorating a room). I didn't have all the ideas but Jules took it into her own hands and transformed it into something truly special. She communicated very fast and helped make things so smooth so I didn't have to worry about anything (as I was coming from Auckland for the weekend). She even went the extra mile to buy gourmet chocolates as part of the surprise!!! the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for helping make this already special weekend away even more special. Do not hesitate to contact Jules and the Team at Bloom for your Floral/special occasion needs. They rock! Thankyou!

I cant recommend Kirsty and her team at Bloom Flowers enough they went above and beyond for our wedding day and made it work in the most difficult time of the year. We had a last minute decision to get married which was just after new year and not only that, the date had to change due to bad weather. The ladies came in on their day off on a public holiday to make sure that we still had the flowers for our day. The bouquet and button hole that they were able to do in such short notice and time of year were so beautiful and I am so grateful that the girls were able to do this for us. Thank you so much ladies you were amazing and the flowers were just stunning. :)

What a fiasco ordering flowers from this establishment Bloom Flowers in Gorge Road. I rang from Australia to order flowers for my sick daughter in law and I believe I spoke to the owner Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith. I rang at 09:00am as the shop opened and ordered a bouquet of flowers to be collected at 12:00 midday. I stressed that they had to be ready for my son to take home at this time as he goes home for lunch (where his wife is sick in bed). She was very accommodating, I paid by credit card and was promised an amazing bouquet that would be ready for my son to collect at midday. I was very happy and impressed. Well the bouquet was not ready and the owner Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith had not kept her promise. My son said he couldn't wait and would have to come back after work at 05:30pm. Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith told my son she hadn’t got round to having the order ready as she got carried away cleaning. She said he could have this one, grabbed someone else's order, pushed red some roses in it and gave it to my son. I think it must have been a sympathy/condolences for your loss bouquet as it was all white before adding the roses! After my son telling me of this I rang Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith to complain about the fact she had not fulfilled her promise and that I was angry and upset. She tells me she was sorry I felt this way... Not sorry for not doing what she promised. Even tried to excuse the mistake by saying she β€œhad even added Roses”. With that my conversation ends, I hung up as I really felt she was not listening…. but Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith hadn’t finished. Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith goes to my son's place of employment and accuses me of verbally abusing her over the phone about her mistake. Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith not content with that goes to the owner of my Son's company and tries to complain to him that I verbally abused her….. over her stuffing up my order! If you make a mistake, hold your hand up and admit it! Don’t get defensive, argumentative and belligerent…. then have the audacity to take this situation and make it a whole lot worse by involving my Son and his boss. Follow Up Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith, how dare you, I have just been sent pictures of the flowers you gave my son for his sick wife in bed! In my last message I said β€œI think it must have been a sympathy/condolences for your loss bouquet as it was all white before adding the roses”. It turns out that’s exactly what they were flowers for a funeral (funeral flowers). White flowers, Black paper with a black and white ribbon, that you stuck 3 roses in. Just what on earth were you thinking? How could you be so callous? So insensitive to even consider this a way to cover up your mistake in not getting my order ready as you Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith got carried away cleaning. I am telling you now Julie-Anne Rylev-Smith that I will be disputing my credit card payment as funeral bouquet with 3 roses stuck in was not what I ordered. Andrew Douglas

Very happy with end results :) the owner has kindly helped to fix my wedding bouquet which was all the way from Christchurch and was dying the next day. With her knowldege and experience, she managed to save my bouquet and helped to arrange them the way I like them! Thank you :)
