★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to The food factory shop very impressed with the lovely customer service from the ladies as soon as you walk in they say hello.
Very impressed with the yummy food& Good cheap prices very good quality food. We liked the ? hedgehog slice& rocky road slice& ? & veyummy raspberry slice all 3 slice were very yummy The slice are not too sweet they are the best slice we have had.
we have freezed some of our slice we will definitely be back to buy more yummy stuff from the food factory shop again

Went to go there today tho went to park beside the shop. Only to be stared at the whole time by the lady behind the counter,
Made me very uncomfortable so I left.
Show customers respect.. it's common sence right??
Bit of a bummer I was bout to buy a decent amount of food.
Il go elsewhere, somewhere that doesn't stare at the customers to the point they are made to feel like they have to leave. Up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few items which are decent value for money, but there are a lot of items which are quite expensive and can be found cheaper elsewhere.
Their slogan is similar to "feeding the family for less" but I really don't think you could save much money by shopping there regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang up the lady on the phone at 17.20 and asked when they closed, I was told they firmly shut at 17.30 due to her appointment HOWEVER, when we arrived at the bus stop at 17.27 and found the doors closed. The lady was in the parking lot and was just sitting in her car doing who knows what, furthermore we waited until 17.40 to catch a bus home and as we waited, the lady sat in her car in the driveway for about 6 to 7 minutes doing nothing, I think that the appointment was an excuse to leave early, not happy with this service and should have time maximised to the fullest for its profits.
