★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Tastes pretty good; there's something for almost everyone; open until 4am so great for night shift people; have good deals and combos.
One Big Pro would be the PM or late night shift guy Kunal. Great hospitality, concern for customer and quite accommodating. If he is the one serving you, great customer service is guaranteed!
Cons: not the most hygienic place to eat; not for the calorie conscious; food's a bit oily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a low fuss low hassle dinner, we ordered a spicy 6 piece chicken pack with potato and gravy, chips, drink with salad and the food was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the potato and gravy which was heavenly.
We ordered a couple of their $5 pizzas and these were lovely, although the pan base was a bit much where a thin crust would be preferred. What was even more perfect is being able to order online to get delivery so no one needed to leave the front door!
The periperi chicken burgers are amazing along with the frapees, in particular, the cookies and cream!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst kebab on rice i have ever had. he charged me around $16.00 for large and no proper salad as u can see in the pic. it’s tasteless. there’s a chubby guy (no offence) who made it was very rude as well. if the food does not look good then how customers can eat. please do not go to this place. highly not recommended and please save ur money……..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered from here few times now at different times of day and night. Every time the wait has been 50mins-1hr+ despite their lack of customers and simple meals to prepare. Each time I get here near or after my pick up time, I’m told “5mins” which ends up being 15-20mins. The food is never consistent and mostly average. The wait time clearly shows poor management, lack of cooking facilities and or lack of staff. Idk but it’s the last time my family and I will visit. You may aswell travel elsewhere you’ll get your order faster and probably of better quality ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting food, especially the pizzas! I waited almost a hr for my food, by the time it arrived it was cold. Presentation is very poor, i ordered a supreme chicken burger combo and it was apalling. Buns were squashed and cold as well!!! There must be new workers or owners cause the food isnt great as before! Bloody waste of money and NO dont order the pizzas cos it tasted like wet cardboard! No good place guys!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to leave good comments about “The Food Hut Otahuhu”. I work night shifts not far away from there and if you work at night you probably know it is really hard to find something to eat especially hot freshly cooked meals. They open till very late at night and I am always buying my lunch from them. Staff work there very hard until last minute of closing time and I really appreciate this otherwise I can not get fried chicken and chips which I usually buy for my lunch. I recommend this “Country Fried Chicken” is really yamy. But they also make good pizza and some other meals. Their customer service is great too. Especially Jashan or Jashanpreet as I know work there at night. He is really helpful and polite with customers. Overall I will give 5 starts and highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought chicken kebab on chips today evening but they used left over fried chicken pieces as kebab chicken. It was so disgusting with the smell and taste. If anyone buys kebab on chips or rice from here please open and confirm it before you guys leave the shop.
