β β β β β I had my heart set on a lovely 90 min pamper package, even took half day off work.... 'Savour a 60min facial (choose from a rejuvenating mask, deep hydrating mask or a diamond microdermabrasion facial) and a gorgeous 30min eye trio (brow tint, lash tint & brow shape)' . Ended up being told it was a microdermabrasion, 20 mins then creme and a cloth on my face (that was the hydration bit) , left alone for 15 min. Then had to get up, go to another room for the eye treatment. No robe, just lie on a bed with a sm blanket. Sorry but there was no facial, couple of finger pats and wipes. It was weird having to move rooms.. Killed the buzz a bit.

β β β β β I went in for a permanent hair straightening with my cousin shivagni and we were told that it is permanent but just in two days our hair went back to normal. We told the company about it and now they are making excuse that we wasn't permanent. we were giving wrong info and this is seriously waste of time and money. This is pathetic.

β β β β β I got my Permanent hair straightening done and just in two days my hair went back to normal ( Wavy) I called to make a complaint and they called me in to discuses, at the time of discussion i wasn't given a say and i was set in for a redo. I was very unhappy about the matter and I wrote a review on facebook. Then I get a message from Lena at 11:30 PM calling me fake and when I tried to explain what the matter was , she starting being dramatic and said I was bullying her and told me not to come to her salon LOL you shouldn't be messaging your customer at such time. Lena should just shut her business as I paid $208 for nothing.
