★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a peaceful and unique weekend we enjoyed from our usual busy Auckland. Great restaurants close by, star gazing phenomenal, kauri walk unique, beautiful breakfast and products offered, and Jane was just amazing. Looking forward to our next getaway here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in both apartments and they are both better than the pics. Perfect place for a weekend away but close enough to not have to factor travel into relaxing time. Jane is a magnificent host - the homemade bread for breakfast says it all! No detail is overlooked. Perfect for a 5 star mini break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing time at The Gallery over Labour Weekend. I wanted somewhere a little different to stay and was not disappointed. Jane was a wonderful host, super friendly greeted us and showed us through our accommodation. The supplies for Breakfast were wonderful. We stayed in the upstairs apartment which has lovely views out over the harbour. This was a perfect place to base yourself to explore the area, close enough to get to Matakana and an easy drive to Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our weekend escape in The Forest suite. Spacious & tastefully decorated, with beautiful artwork and thoughtful touches. Hearing the sound of silence was something! As was the bird song early in the morning. Comfy bed- we haven't slept so well in ages and great central heating. The setting is stunning and we loved the Kauri walk, great place to sit and soak in nature. Jane was an exceptional hostess and I highly recommend The Gallery for that special occasion, or to just get away from it all.
