★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware they don't check availability before you make booking. I booked an available room through Booking.com which it was confirmed, the credit card was charged and later I got a message from The Garden Room on my email saying there was no room available that weekend. That happened last week and I'm still waiting for the refund. Not recommendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely tucked away house. Very quiet. The room is well presented and cosey. However the bed is terribly hard. You can feel the springs against the thin layer covering the springs. Was a couple nights of rough sleep. Otherwise the experience was top notch. It’s sad that the primary thing you pay for (somewhere to sleep) was the let down.
