★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good stay at this resort and the hot pools were very clean the service from the staff was the best I had and they are very friendly people and lots off towels and the food was very tidy and the bed was very clean new sheets and TV with free wifi and Netflix as free I enjoyed my stay there and the price was good to stay there the staff if you need anything tell will give the best service and advice I recommend this resort and there is good safe parking I go there again ? happy ?

Pool is not warm enough for children in the colder months and rooms get cold in the evenings (no double glazing).
Unit needs a deep clean (black mould in bathrooms and dishwasher), repairs (ensuite shower leaks, broken soap dispensers) and upgrade.
Also, insufficient supplies:
- 3 bedroom unit sleeps up to 8 people, but only 4 of everything in the kitchen.
- no dish cloth to wipe benches
- no information book for local restaurants or activities etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fabulous family holiday, booking room 12 the 3bdr unit. Perfect for families, clean and spacious with great views ! Everything you need for a family stay, full kitchen, dishwasher & bbq, two bathrooms. Service from the managers was friendly & helpful. We will be back Anchorage!

Lovely apartments, excellent beds and with all the amenities you require.
Beautiful grounds and gardens.
The pools are devine, sparkly and crystal clear.
Great settings outdoors for hosting and a panoramic view of lake Taupo.
Amazing, quiet and restful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place to stay in Taupo. Lovely spacious and clean room with everything you need in the kitchenette and bathroom. Beautiful grounds with lovely swimming pool and fabulous huge spa pool. BBQ's and outdoor furniture dotted around the garden for use by guests. Awesome housekeeping team who make up the rooms everyday. Very high standard of cleanliness and so friendly. Across the road from the lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club which serves amazing pizza and bagels on the beach. Good value for money and will definitely stay again.
