Had a most restful night at the Gardens bnb. Ran by an old couple who is very welcoming and nice. Place is extremely well maintained and breakfast provided covers everything from vogels toast to cereal to yogurt. Uphold good Decorum and the place is quiet and calm after 10pm which allows for a restful nights rest before next days flight. (accommodation near airport)

The place is hard to find, the house 85, follow a small path between 83 and 87, the house lays about 10 meter from the road. The owners are chinees, the woman speaks a little english, the man has a very good helpfull mobil, you can speak your own language and the mobil translate it in Chinees. The room is nice, the bathroom give not the feeling of privacy. The breakfest with one little yoghurt and muesli, the other guests are already to the airport, so I good take another little yoghurt. Toast with only jam out a big jampot, its nicer, feels cleaner when their is a littlebit of jam, cheese and something els served in a little portion. A glas of juice was be nice and an egg, some fruit, I missed that. I hope that the son this read and explain it at his parents. The couple is very nice and I had a great time with them and the translation with the mobil! I asked them to visit me in Amsterdam. I hope they do!

Cold, no heat. No privacy. Baby sitting style of host, pushy. Hospitality unavailable. Breakfast was just plain bread and very old Nutella. Check out time was 9:45. Beautiful home. Hot shower, comfy beds.

The hosts were very friendly and would attend to our needs when understood. Only downside was there was a lack of communication due to the language barrier since they only spoke in Chinese and very little English. Very minimal necessities ie. Two pillows for a large bed, one towel each and creaky bed. Was cold during the night as only one thin duvet is provided. Not a lot of privacy, it feels like your sleeping in a stranger's home. The breakfast was below average, toast, yoghurt and muesli. No signage outside so we weren't sure whether we were at the right place. CASH ONLY NO EFTPOS.

1. The room has no heating. 2. The bed mattress was very hard. 3. The Bathroom has no Hygienic paper. I was very cold at night, the mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor and I could not do my physiological needs. I really do not recommend it.

It is a very big nice and clean house nearby the botanical garden. It is a quiet place. The bed is comfortable. The shared shower is very good. The chinese owners speak just a little bit english, but we had a good conversation and fun with the translator. They are very friendly. We had a good time and would recommend to stay there. Attention: There was no sign on the street, so look for the housenumber of the B&B. Don't go through the botanical garden like maps shows. Knock on the door.

Big house. Very clean and quiet. Close to highways and the airport. There are some sushi and Chinese takeaways 5 minutes walking away. Being right next to Auckland botanic garden was the part i loved it the best. It's like you have a private garden 100 ha big!! The owners were always smiling and providing everything we asked. And guess what, i even surprisingly found a public free pool hiding in the bush.

Very friendly elderly Chinese lady who owns the B and B, her English isn’t the best but she made us feel very welcoming and provided breakfast for us and catered to our needs. Lovely huge house with many rooms and other guest. Had one of the best nights sleeps I have had in a long time, bed was comfortable and everything was super clean and tidy. Bathroom was great, hot showers and complementary shower gels and shampoos. Very close to the airport and the royal botanic gardens is just next door. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great price and great hospitality!
