★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, if you are not used to share a room in a house with other guests is not very comfortable, making your own breakfast in a kitchen shared with others, the room wasn't very clean, wouldn't stay again. There are better options than that in Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start?? No air conditioner, no soap, breakfast you prepare yourself, lack of general hygiene, stained bed linen and, as if all that isn't enough, it also had BED BUGS!
Save your money and stay at Proximity Apartments in Manakau. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly recommend against sending business to these owners The manager is unhelpful and abrupt over the phone. I called to cancel a reservation due to my father having a heart attack. I was told that their policy did not allow for cancellations regardless of circumstances. And the hit to their business made it impossible to cancel the reservation/refund for the hotel room I would not be using. Took me three attempts over email and phone over the course of one week to speak with someone. And once I did reach someone, they said since another guest couldn't rent the room, I would need to pay for it. If they had been more responsive to my attempts at contact, they could have found another renter and not charged me for a hotel room when I'm sleeping in the ICU at a hospital in another area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a really nice place to stay, if you don't mind sharing a kitchen and lounge. I found the bed quite stiff and uncomfortable but... it was a nice experience, with a nice owner and a clean, tidy, house/appartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place when you need a good nights sleep after being on the road for 10hours. Awesome owners too. Esp after sleeping in and leaving after 10am she was still willing (actually she insisted) that we stay and have breakfast, which is for free. But couldnt stay as i was late already to be else where. She even gave my wife a chinese fan as a gift. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OT Seaview Villa was a great place for us to stay at as it met all our needs perfectly. This was our last night on a two week roadtrip around NZ and we needed a comfortable place to stay that would be within easy driving distance of the airport the next day to drop off our rental car and catch our flight.
The house is lovely, in a quiet and relaxing residential neighborhood where you can take several cute walks along the waterfront and nearby beaches. If you're planning for a dinner out or some shopping then you will need to hop in a car to get there.
Our room was spacious with a great bathroom and direct access to the absolutely lovely outside garden area. There are very nicely furnished and cozy shared indoor spaces and living areas for guests to use, as well as a large kitchen area where you are free to prepare yourself the included breakfast and possibly meet other guests.
A lovely stay in a well run B&B, perfect for our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, very comfortable accommodation. Friendly helpful service. Had early arrival but, allowed us to wait in lounge until room was available at 10:00. In residential location, has nice walks and parkland. Golf club within 20 minutes walk, having bar and pizza restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what was expected..just a house with bedrooms shared by all..outdoor area overgrown and unkept.
Front entrance covered in bird poo..fridge and kitchen facilities were full.not possible to use.
Although inside was clean and well appointed .
However we had to park on lawn as only one carport space available.
Overall a disappointment
