β β β β β customer service is below 0. We ordered coffee and a slice of cake, to have there, the girl asked me to come and take coffee myself, she did not bring it to our table!!! They even had no other customers!! The guy thought brought two glasses of water nicely.

β β β β β DO NOT BUY FROM NEW MARKET YOU WILL REGRET- This is the second time in a row that I had very bad experience with their cake in New Market branch. Today I had bought Black Forest cake for my daughterβs friends party. The cake was so dry, hardly any cream and the filling wasted like raisins instead of cherries. No one ate the cake and all plates were left with hardly eaten anything. It was a waste of money and o could have bought a better cake for $6.00 from Pak n sav instead of spending $66.00 for this useless cake. The shop owner, you should realise that the customers money is hard earned and they come to you to celebrate their precious occasions and if this is what they are going to get for $66.00 then you should give them product worth that price. I did not spend money to get dry cake with no taste and you make 95% profit. I am very disappointed for second time and will never recommend anyone buying from them. Their mousse cakes are better but every time you will not eat same kind of cake.

β β β β β One of our favorite cake places for occasions. Did not fell in love with it when our friend first introduced to us, but now like the freshness and balance of sweetness. Personally like fresh cream ones more than chocolate ones.

β β β β β We brought a coffee and walnut cake it was terrible could not even taste the coffee instead there was a random flavour that I could not figure out. I paid 79 dollars for this cake and it was totally not worth my money. Might as well go to the cheesecake shop, at least the cake there is good and cheaper. Major disappointment

β β β β β Beware!! Beware!!, avoid this place at any cost, reasons... Many, stale cakes, no taste,
I ordered mango cake slice and tiramisu.... Dry cake sponge in mango cake... No taste felt like kept in freezer and took out in level 3 and kept in the cabinet for sale... No doubt they were giving everything on 50%discount.
Tiramisu has no taste, no moist dry as sand.... Please avoid. Please avoid if you love good cakes and don't want to get dissipoint with this shop. ???
