★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They catered for our gathering with enough food for over 200 people. The food was all delicious and of a consistently high quality even though we had ordered large quantities. Prices are very reasonable and they have a huge selection. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered several times from this takeaway however won't be ordering anymore. Bought chicken nibbles twice and at both times, the chicken tasted off, disgusting. Went back both times and they didn't bother arguing and said sorry and refunded our money without questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the worst customer service ever. If you want rude inconsiderate service go here. The food isn't the best but the rude customer service takes the cake. How this place has survived with this type of service is beyond me. You can't give zero stars otherwise I would have totally given it. I went in for food I had got from there before only to be shouted at that they don't sell it and to go somewhere else - which I did .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to Covid, Great Tongs was the place to go for a good solid meal, prices great, lines to make your order were 'like a worm", BUT, something has changed, meals are not what I remember (different cooks) dont know. It is okay if you want different in G.I. however, the chicken nuggets - not the best: tasted of fish. rice is better cooked fresh, vegs need variety. You pay for what you get!
