Asked for some ketchup and they want $2 wow.. rip off.... very poor customer service, as you don't understand what your customers want... while your at it start charging for hand sanitizer... oh and to save more money they turned off epos.... recommend you go out of business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. However, there is a lady who I believe is the manager, swearing and using demeaning language aimed at the workers. This lady was full on swearing at the workers in the presence of customers. Employment tribunal would love to hear about this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However the prices are a little too high re the quality. I brought a punnet of mussels there was 7. The price is $8. Total rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place that is popular with the locals. The food quality is good, but I have had better prepared fish and chips (crispier...) at other locations in the area. (Hence...4 stars) The best thing about this place is their prices! They are significantly cheaper than other carry outs in the area, and their meal deals make feeding a group or family even cheaper. They have plenty of other items besides fish on their menu for your friends and family. They also have fresh fish (whole fish and filleted) as well as fresh green lipped mussels. The service was quick and courteous. We waited less than ten minutes for our order. We will definitely return again here because of the lower prices and quick service.

Ten chips maximum. What a joke. Won't go back again.
