★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted darker colour on top asked for a balayage and they did a great job but it only lasted for 3 weeks and now my hair is back to how it was before... Cost $150. I went back but they couldn't do anything for me. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude when i had my appointment booked for a week for an event turned up for my appointment this morning to my shock with an older hairdresser who sat me down and began feeling throughout my hair pulling faces and to be told she won't put through foils as I had booked and rudely suggested just a touch up on my roots. Bluntly saying again she won't do my hair I was not happy. The way she spoke was extremely rude. Would NOT recommend this place.I walked out and went to vivo hair who were very welcoming and my hair looked amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always leave smiling knowing I've been heard and trust the advice given about my hair. Nik is an amazing colourist and stylist. They also make a great cup of coffee! Love my regular pampering at Hair Hut Papamoa!

It was such a beautiful experience, my hair came out silky smooth & lush & my daughters colour looks amazing she is so wrapped! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back again?

This involved various deep treatments, trimming split ends, blow wave and in-depth professional advice for care following the appointment. Hair feels completely renourished and noticeably healthier. Staff were lovely, professional and welcoming ?
