★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and warm, soft flavoury food. Iced tea is just okay. Have a teddy bear on my coffee :3 barista seems talented but not recommend when you are in a rush. Even though i called them earlier, they need more than 15 mins to ready three cups of coffee.

Improvement on last visit.
Food and coffee were good, staff friendly but lose points on the long wait for my bacon and eggs (over 30 mins).
Indoor/outdoor seating and easy parking a bonus.

Early morning is glorious here. The outdoor area is positioned perfectly for morning sun.
Fur-son loves it.
The outdoor area here really is great. Actually its the reason we go. Our fur child loves the space, the adjacent green grass.
But we actually stopped going due to the service that used to leave you....dissatisfied
Not anymore
Great service. Faaaast, accurate service.

Seafood chowder was overpriced not enough fillings, not creamy and watery 5/10, big mix breakfast very average 6/10, burger is good, French toast is overly sweet. Our overall food experience with place is 6/10, value for money 4/10; environment is 9/10 and the staff are great 9/10, coffee is great too 9/10
