★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joanna was amazing with my six year old son. She was so patient and gave him the breaks he needed to be able to concentration in the testing process. She took time to explain what was happening to me and to unpack his diagnose so that I understood and has supported me with his hearing aids and getting these established at school. I would recommend her to everyone for their auditory needs
