★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude pregnant receptionist. I was greeted with a frown and rather unfriendly, impatient demeanor and got a nasty look from my head to my shoes. No good morning, no thank you, no goodbye just rudeness. I felt that I she was inconvenienced and I wouldn't want other clients to experience the same.
I have nothing against her and I appreciate that she is pregnant but clients deserve better treatment than that. Please give her more training to serve your stakeholders better. Quite nasty nasty experience.
