 I had a vaginal steaming experience for the first time. My body was warm for 2 days and I slept well! Please listen in advance to prepare herbs according to my physical condition. We also had delicious tea on the day. Akiko-sensei is very polite, kind, and thankful for having a comfortable time. Thank you โข

โ โ โ โ โ Akiko is a wonderful Yoga teacher. She goes at her student's individual pace and is very careful about correct body alignment. This is great for me as a dancer, with my old injuries and frequent lower back pain. Her one on one approach makes the learning far more accessible and gives me confidence to follow through from week to week. I can't recommend Akiko's classes highly enough. :-)
