Been here quite a bit and it's usually good but the last time when we arrived there was a big queue for a table. Finally got to the front of the queue and ordered.
Then waited two hours for our pizzas and when they finally arrived there wasn't the usual amount of topping on them as they were obviously running short. The staff were absolutely frazzled and management should have closed the queue off and not taken any more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cool vibe. A lot of the outdoor seating is under ? kiwi fruit vines. Definitely worth a stop if you’re passing through or holidaying in the area!
I had the Hive beef sandwich which was delish. Coffee is great too! ☕️

We love being able to sit amongst the kiwi fruit trees, there’s lots of room for kids to run around and games for the whole family to play. The food is always delicious and served promptly. Highly recommend The Hive, it’s the perfect place to spend your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the negative reviews mentioned slow service when busy. We visited on a busy day at 130pm and ordered 2x pizzas. The pizzas took just over 30 minutes to arrive (which is okay by our standards, but probably the upper limit most would wait for pizzas). Not sure how long we would've had to wait for other food. The pizzas were delicious and prices were reasonable. There is no paywave and credit card surcharges apply. Plenty of parking available and lots of outdoor seating which I imagine would be great for groups/families. Decent beverage selections too. Overall a good experience and I would come back (but might try to avoid the peak times if trying to grab a quick bite and go)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 6 stars...what a lovely relaxing place..get your dog's, let the kids run about in the grass..chilling Vibes... gorgeous kiwi trees laden with Kiwis.on a sunny day it's incredible. Now to the food -omg the Asian noodle salad was just divine, clean on the palate and delicious..while you are here do try the edemame which are stir fried in garlic and sumac- you won't regret it...highly recommend you to pay this place a visit
