Our waitress was helpful however for some reason left our water and cutlery at the opposite end of the table we were next to instead of actually next to/in front of us. She told us in the beginning we could not itemise the bill however we could equally split. When it came time of payment, a rude blonde woman taking our payment stated we were already told how we could pay and she would "prefer not to" let us split equally. Service makes up a huge percentage of the experience and we left unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vessel has the potential to be an awesome place, but unfortunately the service let this business down. No coffee past 11:30am, fair enough. But it is hard to accept when you are told in a very rude manner, it is only 15 mins past cut off, there are no other customers in the restaurant, the machine is clearly still on and ready to go, but you are happy to sell espresso martinis? Oh, and then a local walks in and you are happy to sell them a coffee? The service was very unwelcoming and unfortunately is what cut our groups visit short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here for lunch and impression over all was very good. The setup is well done, plenty of tables and shade. Great selection of wine and beer with some excellent craft beer on tap. Meals are also very nice with good selections using local seafood and produce. Service is great and tye staff friendly, well worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Caesar salad and seared salmon were good. Fish and chips average. Children liked the fried hotdog on stick. Service can be better, the staff can look a little happier. The umbrellas need to be brought a little lower during the scorching heat, or get some wider ones. Generally a not too bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible experience, they said it was their medium steak, it looked even over than medium well , it was very dry. And asked waiter to take it down, after that wait came back and said: this is our medium like this, if you insist, we have to change a steak for you, ARE YOU SURE?
I was so angry, and asked the wait return the steak like wood back.
