★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for clothes and Knick knacks but too small for service area - everyone is squashed together and only one till / would’ve more effective yo change the layout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the Te Atatu Hospice shop and from the moment I walked in I thought woh! this is a great set out shop, everything was beautifully arranged and in colourful shelves and beautifully displayed. I had a chat with Linda who was super friendly, Linda has taken over managing the shop recently and has put these new amazing touches to the shop. I love Op shopping, Linda has taken recyling, repurposing and re-homing our unwanted items to a new level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like to support Hospice and have often found great treasures here - regrettably our most recent visits have been met with a rude, condescending and arrogant counter-woman. This has significantly tainted the experience of supporting a great charity - a smile and a pleasant attitude should not be too much to ask from people who have chosen to give their time to the cause - If you cannot be pleasant, please step aside, lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you walk in the door it doesn't 'feel' like a pre-loved clothing/goods store.
As an avid op shopper this is one of the best appointed shops around. Everything is so beautifully displayed and accessible and the friendly helpful staff are there to help if required. Omgosh! the changing rooms are fantastic! light, bright and plenty of room to do those necessary bends and stretches :) I can't recommend this shop enough. Happy shopping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love, love this place! It’s not your typical op shop. Aside from many of the clothes being in excellent quality and very reasonably priced, they also have some beautiful crockery and kitchenware. I bought an old (but sturdy) Kenwood mixer there recently, for a fraction of what it costs to buy a new one. They also have a great supply of kids toys, so my kids regularly plead to stop in. :)
