About The Hub Trust Housing
From our base in the Bay of Plenty we service the areas of Rotorua and Maketu, and the general surroundings of those areas.
Our working relationships with public service providers include the
use of our Housing Arm to meet the needs of those looking for immediate accomodation. Our relationship with the Ministry of Corrections covers the greater Rotorua and Tauranga areas, and the correctional facilities in the following locations:
• Invercargill (Southland Region)
• Waikeria (Waikato Region)
• Wellington
• Spring Hill (Waikato Region)
We’ve aligned with Work and Income New Zealand to assist with mentoring and rehabilitation programmes in combination with the following organisations:
• Out Of Gate
• Links People
• Pars
• Te Utuhina Manaakitanga
• Southern Cross Ministry
The long-term goal for emergency housing is to provide the reasonable skills needed to be good tenants, home owners and members of the community.
