Rude, unpunctual and unprofessional at all; Other team-members we met were nice and awesome (photographer Tong and organizer Lychee). If I were a local (we came from Canada), I would avoid this company and their associated videographers.

Long story short covid hit wedding cancelled they refunded when I asked for the money back I loved all the dresses love the experience here hghly recommend

Affordable, great communication with Eliza who was very helpful from the start and the people who came to set up and pack were amazing! They were so helpful and even offered to give a hand with the Table umbrellas. Would highly recommend these guys!

The service was outstanding quick responses, the team was very helpful, the prices are extremely affordable we were quite shocked at how affordable they were compare to other places and the items we hired looked incredible. we had a tight time line for set up for our wedding and the team were great and got the job done. Would absolutely highly recommend The Journey wedding to anyone!
