β β β β β Five star rating but of course not a five star hotel! -- I stayed here a couple of times: it is cheap, clean, and comfortable. There's a little kitchen for residents to use with coffee, tea etc. and a shared fridge. Excellent value for money.

β β β β β Service was good and friendly. No entertainment other then pokies. Plenty of parking available outside. Old traditional flavour interior which i enjoyed for a short visit on a Saturday night.

β β β β β I have stayed at the Junction Hotel once a year while visiting Thames over the last 3 yrs and the accomodation is always very clean and tidy their restaurant food is really good. The staff are friendly , helpful , kind , matching the safe and well designed interior. It is connected to a live music facility Fri-Saturday night's but with my own ear plugs I was able to sleep . A great place to recommend.

β β β β β We popped in here for lunch. Fabulous, attentive service, clean rest rooms,. We had nachos, served with small bowls of sweet chili sauce, guacamole, and sour cream. Absolutely delicious. This place might just be Thames best kept secret , with no wait time. Very friendly.

β β β β β Just love the old style hotels. Great character but pleasantly surprised the interior and rooms very modern and restored. Great meal downstairs in the bar/restaurant. One very small thing l had to haul my bike up 2 flights of stairs and it kept me company in the room for the night !?

β β β β β Went there for my dads birthday dinner.
There was a 21st party on that night in a private room.
They had not catered staff to cover, had to chase staff down to take our order, waited nearly an hour for the main meal. We were given our entree without knives, forks or napkins, the waitress never came back.
The people from the 21st were using the bar in the dining room it was really loud and busy all night.
Just wanted a nice family dinner out, ended up with a headache.

β β β β β We had booked online and on arrival they said the price was different to what we thought we had booked (despite having email proof) and promptly charged us double?!
They then tried to over charge us for drinks and dinner!
The pub was directly downstairs and the extremely LOUD music went on until after midnight.
On 2 separate occasions 2 different people (very drunk) tried to get into our room in the night thinking it was their room.
To top it all off, I have emailed the hotel numerous times to discuss further and they won't even bother to reply.
NEVER EVER stay here. Worst night of my life in a hotel. Grrrr.
