★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Landing Precinct is evolving, it's a deserted area where barren land existed, now it's very crowded and noisy. The good part it's now a well developed industrial area, most traffic goes through the round- about here which creates a new dilemma Traffic overflow but still wait & see what lies beyond into the future.
