I was suppose to receive list of items but they only delivered few saying that was all they had. Surprisingly, on their service website, it says all the items are checked. And moreover, no apologies and suggestions made to compensate all the GST charged for the unreceived items on the first bill. Not worth the wait.

They made a huge effort to contact me when there was a problem (on the retailer's side) - the customer service is excellent. The pricing is very reasonable and the delivery time is very fast. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this shipping service for the past year or more and recently experienced a worse customer experience ever.
They have their own contact number (mobile) listed for receiving goods in Korea however one of my clothes were sent with a different track and trace details which I was never informed of from the clothing company.
I have listed the track and trace details which I could see on my purchase history however they have received a different track and trace under my name which was provided to Ship2U’s Korean mobile number by text as per the clothing company.
The fault initially started from the clothing company then it will be this shipping company (as they have received the text with the new track and trace details). However they are now asking me to pay another fee for shipping to NZ.
I have requested them to send that left over good to another company due to their lack of customer service.
I won’t be using their service ever again and recommend you to prepare for this situation if you decide to process anything with Ship2u.
