★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I love my lashes after seeing Jessie ! She did such a good job, she’s lovely and made me feel comfortable and asked what look I was after. I have had my lashes done at a few different places but hands down Jessie did the best job ! So full and fluffy, love love. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend you will not be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love getting my lash lift from Elle! Looks so natural, but is such a great thing to do when you want to feel that bit prettier. My first lash lift lasted 2 months, and was so great for summer as I could swim in the beach and my lashes would still look great. I have very straight hair, so for me, putting on mascara without a lash lift looks so bad, but with a lash lift they look amazing. I highly recommend getting a lash lift if you are wanting to feel that bit prettier, on budget:) Thanks so much Elle, I will always only keep coming to you for my lashes! PS. I come all the way from Botany to Ponsbonby-yes, it's worth it:)

I see Elle for most of my appointments and she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She has such a calming presence which immediately makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I recommend the Lash Room to anyone for any of their services, from getting your brows shaped to lash extensions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended the lash room, and I went there. Everything about them is fantastic, from the customer service to the quality of the work they provide. My eyelash lift, as well as my eyebrow waxing and tinting, lasted a long time and looked fantastic! I've never had so many compliments on my brows since getting them done! I adore their work and believe it is well worth the investment!

Also love my lash extensions (Russian Diva cat eye). Such impressive work. My second time seeing Natalie and I’m absolutely obsessed with her work. Very professional, hygienic and work is completed in great time.

Tori is a senior technician and is amazing. Helpful knowledgeable and friendly, makes you feel relaxed and at home during the whole process.

I got my first lash extensions here! I was a little nervous cause it was my first time but Courtenay was very kind and welcoming. I got the classic diva set and they look amazing! I've already gotten a few compliments. The first time I got to see them I was stunned at how good they looked. She was super fast and efficient and I would totally get them done again! Thanks Courtenay for making it such a great experience.
