★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lash tint by Courtenay and it was amazing! They have stung in the past but Courtenay did such a good job and even cleaned up my brows while waiting for the tint to set. Plus the conversation was good and she made me feel so comfortable! 100% recommend going to the Lash Room Albany!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve FINALLY found a lash place and lash tech who I love and trust wholeheartedly! Jessie from The Lash Room, Albany is absolutely amazing at her job. In my first ever session, she explained the different curls you can get, as well as what would suit your eye shape. All things I had no idea about before seeing her (and I had been getting my lashes done elsewhere for years!). She’s super gentle and learnt very quickly what kind of lashes I like. I don’t even need to tell her what I want and sometimes just let her do her thing and she nails it every single time.
It’s always lovely coming in to see her and having a good chat as well. Amazing at her mahi, and amazing customer service. Thanks Jessie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here regularly for a few months now and Jessie is so good! She is super friendly and relatable and makes the experience so comfortable. I’d only go to her for my lashes just because she’s awesome. I book infills with her every few weeks and always feel good when I leave. I highly recommend Jessie at the lash room!

The lashes turned out better than what I had pictured in my head before going in! She’s also the best person to talk to about literally anything and I loved being there!
