★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get the usual eyebrow and upper lip wax but this one lady stunned me when I got my brows done by her! She took her time, not rushing. She waxed, threaded and then used to tweezer to fix it up and was fast when waxing my upper lip and gave me demonstrations on how to hold my face in place for her. Love my results and looks amazing! First time I’m in love with my eyebrows. Her name is Lovely. I’m hoping that she is still there in my next visit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this salon overall. Its my regular one because of Lovely , she does great eyebrows. I've never visited somewhere else after her from 2 years.
Loved the hair cut from Sai and especially the way she handled my hair, very gentle .

She is such a knowledgeable hairdresser who always knows exactly what to do with my hair type as many hairdressers in the past have really butchered it. She is highly skilled and has such a passion for what she does that reflects her work.I have recommended her to all my family and friends because great hairdressers are hard to find. Thank you so much Jasmin for always making me look and feel so fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there the other day and got my washed and blow dried. The lady, Sai, had excellent customer service and was very skilled in what she does. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair after a hair dresser appointment. She was very professional and made my experience a great time. Would definitely go back again for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting my son's hair cut had always been an up hill battle. We had Martina cut his hair. It was the first time my son has sat in the chair by himself and Marina's mannerism in getting him to cooperate and sit still was great! It is very rare to find a hair stylist that is good with children and today I was so happy to have a tear free experience and a child content, even giggling at times. We look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Kess today hoping my regular lady Lovely was in. And she was yayyyyyyy..I have been going to her for the past 12 months for my eyebrows treading, and body wax and she always does a perfect job. I won't use anyone else as she always knows what i want and never a hair left unturned.
Highly recommend her to others. You will never be disappointed as her work is top notch.
Thank you Lovely - will see you again next time:-)

Martina did hairstyling for my husband and it was awesome and we liked it very much. Apart from that, my experience with eyebrow threading was also good. One of the staff called Lovely helped me with eyebrow threading. Overall, the customer service is excellent and suggesting Kess Albany to everyone ☺️?

I met a lady named Jasmine for the first time; she is an amiable person and could exactly tell what I wanted after showing her the best picture I could find. She was hard working and very professional with a lovely sense of humor. I can confidently say that my haircut was perfect, and I will go back for another styling as soon as I can.
