★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colour was ok didn’t end up upset about it but i didn’t enjoy my experience. Firstly being talked to like I know nothing about hair and told her what I use and had my hair done countless numbers if times for years. She knew my hair was in good condition she told me. Dislike when she said she can’t push the blonde but for 1 i use olaplex myself and she used the wellaplex and she talked like I wasn’t using any protection of the hair at all. The massage chair at the basin looked a bit worse for wear buttons broken and felt the same on every mode maybe needs a service.

I love coming to Hue because the appointment doesnt drag out and take hours upon hours- which is normally the case when you're getting your hair bleached. The colourwork here is great and they make sure you are well looked after- Amanda does my hair and she always does a great, efficient job. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were lovely however I was getting roots touched up as usual. The dye was overlapped and was kept under heat for 40mins + the time it took to put foils in. My hair was falling out in chunks after the process. I was told this was normal, however I knew for a fact it wasnt. I also had streak lines noticeably through my hair. I had a full refund and another hue helped me fix it up but this all resulted in me having to chop my hair to my shoulders after 2 years trying to get it back to the length I love. I have spent $$$ on all the extreme products to try get it back healthy. Few months on it is still falling out and snapping near the roots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair done by Keelen from the Albany branch and she was absolutely amazing! I had tea served when I arrived, Keelen worked hard to get the result that I was after and my hair turned out perfect! I asked for a bright colour in my hair and usually hairdressers say I can never get unless I have 3 sessions of bleach. Keelen managed to get the result in less time and sessions. Highly recommend!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated to a hair dye at Hue Albany last week and what a great experience. Matthew and Nikki were super friendly and professional, and what a great head massage I was given by Matthew, too! The salon was spacious, modern and spotless. The hair products were divine. Well done, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year ago I shaved my long hair off for charity and ever since (through lockdowns etc) I have been home bleaching my short hair, which was not ideal as I couldn't do a great job of the crown and back. I was in need of some serious attention; full head bleach retouch, patch touch ups to fix demarcation and a toner but I was worried about paying top dollar for a half hearted job in salon (as I have had before). I saw Nikki at Hue Albany and she was super lovely, and did a fantastic job, ensuring that she did not leave one hair untouched and I left the salon feeling much more confident; worth every cent. I will definitely return to see Nikki again.
