β β β β β They are lovely, very quick and on to it, I have to go often and always feel welcome and taken care of even though it must be extremely repetitive for them. Big range of vitamins and supplements there too and the shop is laid out very nicely. It also doesn't smell of (some typical pharmacies) overpowering perfumey flowery candley...stuff. They have a humidifier but it's nice and toned down. So it's safe to go in if you're feeling blah. Happy to have found a great pharmacy close to home.

β β β β β Fast service, and a genuine interest in the health and well-being of others if I'm not mistaken ! They're my new chemist of choice now....... even though originally my prescriptions were sent here by the new online system connectme as it selects stores geographically closest to you....... I guess that makes sense, but initially makes it harder to find your prescription lol.

Russell was very reassuring while he gave my son his covid jab, and the staff both before and afterwards couldn't do enough to help and assist us.
They were super busy but gave each person the time and help they needed.

β β β β β Very disappointed by the example set by the pharmacist here. Have seen repeatedly that he doesn't even wear his mask covering his nose. Very poor approach to disease control set by someone who is meant to be a trusted Healthcare professional

β β β β β I had called to inquire as to what I could take for a dry cough whilst pregnant as I did not want to take prescribed medicine and preferred to treat the cough as naturally as possible.
I realise those in the health care sector are very busy at the moment however, the manner in which the pharmacist took my inquiry was abrupt, not helpful and quite frankly, boarder-line rude. He simply kept referring me to my Doctor.
The other pharmacists Iβve encountered such as Life Pharmacy at Coast (since closed), Unichem Pharmacy Whangaparoa and Unichem Browns Bay and Takapuna had all taken the time to give me general health advice for non prescribed medicine.
The staff however were lovely, helpful and friendly.
