★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixed review... my first taste of Malaysian food, and it was okay... the dishes were just too rich, sugary, and saucy for me. Having a bowl of plain cooked white rice was so refreshing, for me... all too rich for me... but my other two friends loved it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family favourite for many years ❤️. The food is fairly priced and service very good. The fried dim sims were flavourful and fresh, as was the Paratha. Fresh and filtered water ? for the table is something all restaurants should provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Malaysian food, this is a great place to eat. I had the Nasi Lamak - Traditional dish and my wife had the Tom Yum Soup. Both were tasty and spicy.
Service was good and priced okay compared to other places near by.
Decor could use an update, however it is about the food more than the atmosphere.
I would certainly eat here again.

Had lunch ordering they must try Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang, Fried Fish Fillet Beehoon Soup & Curry Laksa (which chef used fresh milk instead of coconut milk). Decided to go back for dinner odering some classics and a chefs special, kerabu tofu & vegetarian creamy promphet & homemade spring roll. Everything was beautiful and authentic. Service was good and owners & staff are awesome ? The food came out in good time even though it was really busy. I would definitely recommend and will be back again for sure when we visit Wellington again ?
