Went to sit at tables not one clean wiped in store. Was not a busy time so unfortunately not a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed and overpriced, inconsistent fillings, limited bread range (they haven't got time to keep replenishing) and my 12 inch was oversauced and soggy. I feel sorry for the franchise, the government cranking up the minimum wage is turning a cheep and cheerful treat into a luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to place my order. The manager interrupted the girl halfway between my order to do an online order and spoke rather rudely to the other staff. It was very busy and he was snappy as. The poor staff looked so frazzled.
Will go back to the Caltech rimutaka one from now on. They are always friendly and chatty even when crazy busy.

A young looking boy was very helpful as he gave excellent recommendations for what I should get (this was because I was unsure). This boy was very polite and I would like you to say a big thank you to him on behalf of my family and I. We will be sure to visit back soon. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is the most amazing, fast food, healthy restaurant it’s like fast food and it’s delicious but... It’s healthy. The food at Subway is awesome, they have all kinds of bread for you to pick from and also lots of salad, meat, and other foods you can choose to add, they also have some nice side snacks, such as chips, cookies which are the best cookies around, juice and much, much more. They also get very creative and have different types of Subs you can buy that are already half done, such as the meatball sub and a few more. The staff are very nice and have great service getting your food ready fast and and giving it to us. One bad thing is that they do not have the little green plastic baskets to hold food in if you’re eating it inside, instead you have to eat it on the wrapper, another downside is that they don’t have the white wrapper that keeps the food nice and fresh and is very helpful for holding your food.
Overall the Subway flavoursome food, and has great service, but it has a couple things to improve on.
