First of all we went and had a look at their showroom, where we received wonderful and informed customer service from Kathryn. The next day Evan delivered the scooter. He went for a walk with my mother, making sure she knew how to safely ride it. They have demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I would happily recommend The Mobility Man to anyone in need of a mobility aid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such attentive service, I bought my grandmother in to hire a wheelchair for a week and they had us sorted in no time.
Even offering us a travel bag for the chair free of charge since we would be flying.
Not only that but the lovely lady that was serving us spotted straight away that grandmas walking stick was 'a bit off' and fixed it for her with a quick tweak and a new stopper.
Loved the service. Will definitely be using them again.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience. We had to pick up a wheelchair for visiting friends and were running late so rang ahead to let the mobility man know we were coming. Even though we arrived after opening hours Evan remained behind so we could pick up the chair. He was extremely helpful and kind showing us how the chair operated and then placing it in the car for us. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and we look forward to your assistance again in the future

They supplied us with a mobility scooter for my brother and more recently with a wheelchair to assist my mother in laws recovery from a broken leg.
In all cases we have been treated with sensitivity and professionally.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Mobility Man.

I phoned about a problem with a Nordic scooter and was told they could look at it so I drove 35 mins to drop it off.
When I explained the problem again the owner told me they don't deal with Nordic and that he couldn't help???
If a business that specialises in mobility scooter cant service other brands, frankly they shouldn't be operating!!
