S	Sydney Aydon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went the the Nelson clinic for an ADD/ADHD assessment for study help purposes. The service into getting appointments done and the appointments were fine. I was asked to come in one last time where I was supposed to get my report as to whether I had ADD according to the psychologist but when I came in she told me that she had to check one more thing and would call me the next day. It''s currently been 3 weeks and even after multiple texts back I have received no phone call or report. I have been ghosted by the psychologist. This is not professional as not even a reschedule to the call has occurred nor has the report been emailed to me after she told me she would send it my way.

At that time I was unable to pursue Tom's recommendation for assistance. Following a change in my circumstances I felt able to consider psychotherapy and approached the clinic and was directed to Peter Johnson. After what seemed like a sympathetic preliminary consultation I was advised that he would pass my details on to one of his colleagues to contact me. Eight weeks later and after chasing Peter up I have heard nothing. It is insensitive, let alone unethical, to treat psychologically vulnerable people in such a manner. Unfortunately my extensive experience with this profession makes the paucity of this experience unsurprising.

I would very highly recommend Peter Johnson and recommend the Nelson Clinic to anyone wanting support after experiencing a brain injury or sexual assault.
